Any other eligible items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with any tamper-evident seals intact. Please email us at email@example.com and reference your order number for pre-approval of your return within 7 business days of receiving your order and state the reason for the return and if you are seeking an exchange or refund.
If you choose to return a product due to change of mind you will be eligible for the delivery cost of the returned item.
If you have received a product with a manufacturer fault or defect, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your product with a photo of the fault and reference your order number in the email.
If your exchange is approved, we will supply you with a reply-paid return address for the return of the faulty goods and will ship the replacement once we receive the original returned order.
If a replacement is not available you will be offered another product of equal or greater value or a refund.
Exchanges or refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
